Orbminco Limited (ASX: OB1) is an Australian gold exploration and development company focused on advancing its 100%-owned Majestic North Gold Project in Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields, approximately 65 km south-east of Kalgoorlie.
Majestic North is a 127 km² tenement package that includes one granted Mining Lease, located close to established gold operations and regional processing infrastructure. The Project holds a JORC (2012) Mineral Resource of 1.37 Mt at 1.14 g/t gold for approximately 50,400 ounces, including a higher-grade domain of 249,000 tonnes at 2.42 g/t gold for approximately 19,300 ounces.
The mineralisation is shallow and supergene-enriched, beginning beneath 20 to 30 metres of cover, which lends itself to straightforward open-pit extraction. Our strategy is centred on speed to market: identifying the simplest, lowest-risk pathway to monetise the resource, while testing the structural targets that can grow the high-grade inventory.
