MAJESTIC NORTH GOLD PROJECT
A shallow, high-grade gold resource in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia.
Orbminco's 100%-owned flagship, approximately 65 km south-east of Kalgoorlie. The Project comprises a 127 km² tenement package, including one granted Mining Lease (M25/367), within an established gold district with regional processing infrastructure and operating mines nearby.
The Majestic North Project tenure covers approximately 127 km² comprising one granted Mining Lease, one Exploration Licence and 14 Prospecting Licences. Updated Mineral Resource Estimate of 1.37 Mt @ 1.14 g/t Au for approximately 50,400 ounces at a 0.5g/tAu cut off comprising 966 kt Indicated and 409 kt Inferred, reported in accordance with the JORC Code (2012 Edition).
The resource is predominantly hosted within shallow, supergene-enriched mineralisation above primary (bedrock) mineralisation. The Project is located 2km north of Black Cat Syndicate’s Majestic-Imperial Project and is situated near established infrastructure and milling capacity in the Eastern Goldfields.

Geology & mineralisation
Gold occurs in multiple flat-lying, supergene-enriched layers stacked above a primary bedrock source, beginning just 20 to 30 metres below surface beneath lake sediments, within and above the Wollubar Formation. Two intersecting structural directions (north-south and east-west) control the richest zones; where they cross, the gold is thicker and higher grade.
Exploration upside
Four structural-junction targets have been identified with potential to add high-grade ounces, and drilling is underway. A deeper hole is designed to test for a larger primary orebody beneath the supergene blanket.
Development pathway
Ten parallel workstreams, project-managed by Goldfields Technical Services (GTS), are working toward lodgement of a Mining Development and Closure Proposal (MDCP), targeted early September 2026, and a Final Investment Decision targeted for the August-September 2026 quarter. The conceptual development runs in two stages, with Stage 1 selectively mining the high-grade domain and monetising it through toll treatment or direct ore sale.
